SERVICES AND RATES

"TAKE GOOD CARE" MASSAGE

This service is recommended for those who use regularly scheduled massage to assist in their health and overall wellbeing. Great for the person getting through their day to day with general body aches and energy fluctuations. This massage aims to honor the work your body does for you - bringing you to rest and reset each time you come in. In office I provide a menu of seasonal spa options available to heap on some extra self love!

I also recommend this service in times when my clients feel like they need a "reset". Neutral touch is a basic human need. It's proven! Massage is a great tool to get grounded when growing through life's changes. Treating your nervous system to some unwind time is an important part of remaining vital, balanced and more positive.

Choose from the 3 pressure ranges described below before slipping away into recovery and relaxation for your selected amount of time. If you are looking to book a massage service most similar to Swedish or deep tissue, this is the service for you.

"Take good care" comes with optional CBD or aromatherapy added to enhance your time on the table.

LIGHT PRESSURE: resembles a Swedish massage. No elbows or forearms will be used to create pressure. This massage is therapeutic in nature. I use just enough pressure to soothe tired muscles and to facilitate blood and lymph flow.

MEDIUM PRESSURE: resembles what is known as "deep flow" style massage. Enough pressure is added to create noticeable symmetrical change to the body. 50% use of forearms and elbows at a semi-challenging yet relieving amount of pressure after prepping and warming up your muscles. You may experience soreness the next day requiring some follow up home care.

HEAVY PRESSURE: resembles a deep tissue massage. Greater pressure is utilized to create longer lasting postural changes. 80% use of forearms and elbows at a challenging pressure. This often creates soreness which will requiring follow up home care for up to 72 hours. Don't worry- this is not a torture session- I will be communicating with you throughout the session about pressure and comfort.
